The details
- Prices
- Prices are in US dollars and don't include sales tax, which is added where it applies. Payments go through Stripe.
- The free trial
- A new account can try OneProfile free for 30 sign-ups, once. Each sign-up uses one when it starts; running the same site again for the same profile doesn't use another. It doesn't turn into a paid plan by itself.
- Monthly or yearly
- OneProfile Pro is the same plan billed either way. You can move between monthly and yearly billing, or between Pro and Run, from the app.
- Cancelling
- Cancel Pro any time from the app: you keep it until the end of the month or year you paid for. OneProfile Run has nothing to cancel: it charges only the runs you start.
- Business
- OneProfile Business is by invitation only, at a monthly price agreed with each business.
